I've just tried the new CSS Adapters beta 3 samples, and the Treeview sample has problems when I choose the
I use IE7 on Vista and I went to this page and clicked on Enhanced theme :
My cursor is no more a "hand" over the treeview items and the items doesn't expand when clicked.
Note it works great with Basic theme for me.

That's odd. I just visited the page (at the URL you gave) and it worked fine for me using the released version of IE7. Are you using an earlier version of IE7? Have you tried dumping your cache of temporarily internet files or refreshing the page. Maybe
you are somehow using an older version of the style sheet for this page (like the beta 2 version).
The TreeView sample page in enhanced-theme mode uses a north/south arrow cursor when you are over the +/- button to expand/collapse a node in the tree. By contrast, the basic-theme uses the hand cursor. This is set via the CSS in TreeViewExample.css (in
App_Themes\Basic or App_Themes\Enhanced).
There was definitely a problem along the lines of what you are describing but it only existed int the beta 2 version of the style sheet for the enhanced-theme TreeView sample. That's why I think you may be running with an old (cached) version of the style
sheet. You can further confirm that by moving your cursor slightly to the left of the +/- icon next to the tree node. When using the older, beta 2 version of the enhanced-theme TreeView sample style sheet, you would see the north-south arrow cursor when
the cursor was slightly to the left of the +/-.
Note: I am not using Vista so there is a small chance that that makes a difference but I tend to think this is a cached style sheet issue, instead.
Please let me know how this works out for you. I'll be happy to fix this if I can get the failure to occur here.

Ok so finally this seems to be correct.
When I click on the north-south cursor the treeview works ok.
This kind of cursor is not very intuitive so I didn't even clicked on it!
(not intuitive = that's just my point of view)
Everything is working fine, sorry for that.
