OK - I'm feeling a bit dumb here, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to add a Web Deployment Project to my solution, which contains a Web Application Project (not a web site). I right-click the WAP, but no add WDP choice exists. There3's also
nothing in the build menu.
Note - I am running VSTS SP1 Beta, which means I had to uninstall the Web Application Project add-in. Just in case, I re-installed the Web Deployment Project add-in, but to no avail.
Is this possibly an SP1 issue?

I came up with my own work-around for this. It seems rather lame, so perhaps there's a better way, but for now it works:
Now the WDP builds the WAP.
Does anyone have a better way?

I'm trying to repro the behavior you're seeing. Can you see if my setup differs from yours somehow? I think I tried the same install/uninstall and "add WDP" is showing up in the menus. I tried the following:
VSTS 2005 RTM + WAP (which required a GDR install first) + WDP + SP1 beta (which required removal of WAP)
