This is the response i recieved from hosting.
We have fixed the issue abnd we see that the application pool got
we have recreated it and this have resolved the issue. We believe that
will not be facing this kind of issue. Please check now and let us know
we can assist you any further. Thanks for your patience in this matter.
I don't understand why this application pool gets currupted. Can anybody suggest how to avoid this curruption issue.

This can happen if a .NET 1.1 and 2.0 application are run in the same pool. By rights they should be configured to either sit in their own pool or in the default pool for those framework. Ask your host if they can put your application in a dedicated pool
so that it doesn't not get affected by any other applications running on the shared server.

Application pools corruptions can occur also when you run bad scripts in domains being under that pool.
Application Pool isolation is not easy as well because it will consumes memory. In shared hosting environment you will be placed in an application pool that is shared with others and you will need to pay more to be switched into dedicated pool where you
will not be affected by other sites on the server.
