I am currently using visual studio express with IIS 5.
I am looking into getting SSL for the site that I have developed, however when I looked into doing this something confused me. I was asked to supply the Certificate Signing Request from my server. When I tried to do this I noticed that I can only get it
from "Default Web Site" my application is then created under this website. Is this correct or should my website be on the same diretory level as the "default web site" ?
Hope that all makes sense?

Yes, It should be in the same level.
But, why you don't use IIS 6 on windows 2003?
