I'm looking for a non-intro books that would get me start developing professional level window app.
I have a couple years of exp developing asp.net app using both c# or vb.net, and I think I should be capable of moving to desktop development without reading a intro book.
Most of the books I've seen so far, are either heavily detailed in the C# lanaguage or assembly itself (seems focus on window services?). Or try to be everything from intro to the language of choice to simple window form to web form all the way to web services
(and I got one of those book). I need something that gears directly to desktop development alone with best practices.
I've done 1 small size desktop app couple years back, although it works, but the design is horrible from a software-design prespective. If anyone have any good suggestion, that'll be geat.
Thank you very much :)
