I recently converted a web project from 2003 to 2005 and all appears well except when publishing. Every time I attempt to publish the website I get a prompt "Existing files in the destination location will be deleted. Continue?". How can I publish the
site without getting the prompt? I don't want the files deleted from the destination as this would disrupt those currently on the site.

FTP the files over. You're going to disrupt the users anyway of course.

Is FTP the preferred method compared to using Visual Studio 2005's "Copy Web Site" and "Publish Website" features? I use the "Copy Project" option in Visual Studio 2003 to copy changes which appears
to have little disruption to users. Note: We are using a session state server to prevent disruption of session state.
