I have put in all the files that are Mentioned...I have a Menu Positioned where is want it to be,Created a . Skin File...But mine looks nothing like the Enhanced Menu that is shown in the Example(Not Basic)....
On the Main.Master i have this:
& I have this Which Produces the Same look as the Top one
They look like Normal Links and not like the Enhanced Examples or even the Basic Examples for the Menu...Now i'm not sure what i'm missing,if i'm needing some C# Code or what...

In order to help, I think you may need to post the contents of your ASPX page and your MASTER file. The first thing I'd check is that you've set your Theme in your ASPX to either Basic or Enhanced. If not, you won't pick up the CSS files that you need
for things to look and act right. Remember, you set the Theme in the Page directive in the ASPX file. You can't set the theme in the MASTER file's Master directive.
When the page appears in the browser, do a "view source" to look at the HTML being sent to the browser. You should see a bunch of <link> tags in the <head> if you've set up the Theme correctly. If these are absent then the CSS-driven menu will definitely
look wrong. In fact, it will look very much like the Menu sample page does if you choose "none" in the theme chooser on the left side of that sample page.
Sorry I can't be more helpful... I need a bit more detail about your situation to know for sure what the trouble is.

I was able to figure that out after throwly looking threw the file contents Etc...Thxs for the help
