What version of IIS? The framework is installed? Did you register IIS using aspnet_regiis.exe -i? Firewalls, security software? The page actually exists? Post the full error.

Thank you...fixed it right up. You are a gem among humans.* Yeah, I used to set up multiple websites by using host headers on IIS, but I've never worked with URL redirection before.
There are different issues on the test machine at work, as well; the problems on the work machine appear to be clearly permissions/security related however. I'll ask about those issues...at a later time.

Go back through the documentation for permissions. And remember that if you tested in a development environment like the one in Visual Studio, it runs using the security context of the logged in user, while IIS uses the anonymous user and the ASP.NET process
