I'd like to use blinq to add, delete, and modify records in a SQL server 2000 database, and also in a SQL server 2005 express database. Can it handle both of these?
The requirements list shows LINQ CTP. The SQL server 2000 database is hosted at Brinkster.com. Is LINQ CTP supposed to be installed on the server? Is it something I can just upload like some aspx files or does it have to be installed on the server with
Brinkster's involvement probably being required?

Blinq can handle Sql server 2000, Sql Server 2005 and Sql Server 2005 Express. Please note that when running it against the SSE mdf files - you should use the /dataBaseFile option. The Blinq read me has the details on the various command line options. The
Linq CTP needs to be installed on the machine where you would be running Blinq and the website that Blinq generates. The sql server can be installed on a different server and this machine will not require LINQ to be installed.
Hope that helps,
