I can see that the error is as below in yellow background. However, I can not find the Confirm in your code. Are you missing some codes or the "Confirm" is from the
"message.body"? This is important to see what happened when the string "html" adds the information and I am not able to debug to see the values so that I need to guess to target the problem.

I guess what I'd like to see is a sample of similar that shows correct syntax so I can repair this.
I think it is a good idea to see an example since it would be much faster to modify the codes to find what really happened.
I think the below links make sense about how to add text/html into the message body and render them to the email receiver.

Official document about CreateAlternateViewFromString (You could try to use another overload method
CreateAlternateViewFromString(String, ContentType) to see if it could transform the html correct)
