It's a lot easier to solve this problem using SQL than within a GridView template using Eval(). SQL has a CASE statement which is designed to solve this exact problem.
WHEN result = 0 THEN 'Text 0'
WHEN result = 1 THEN 'Test 1'
ELSE 'Test 2'
END AS ColumnName
