Thanks for your reply, actually I want it to create a ticket in my ZOHO Desk portal and then Zoho will send the email. Is there any way to accomplish it?
Do you mean you want to send the noticiation to the zoho desk when exception occued in Azure insights?
If you want to acheve this requirement, I suggest you could try to create a azure logic app or azure functon to send the ZOHO Rest API request to create the ticket and send Email.
Since I don't have the zoho account, I couldn't give you details steps about how to do it , I suggest you could loop the zoho rest api by using this
