There's no mechanism in the ASP Web Forms that can remember dynamically controls created in the code behind. It is up to the programmer to recreate the controls early in the page life cycle; Page_Init or Page_load events. The controls must be instantiated
before the framework binds the POST values to the server controls. If the controls do not exist then there is nothing to bind. However, the POST values are always available in the request's form collection; Request.Form["the_full_name_of_control_tree_and_control_name"].
Use dev tools to see the field names.
I recommend using data bound control to render dynamic content which is the common approach in Web Forms.
