Please check: if it is a firewall related issue, check if https port 443 is not blocked in firewall. Also, check if https services are running up. This can be verified by checking your respective webserver task manager. Check in add/remove components or
add features/roles in OS to see if any IIS components missing. But, very first as previous posts suggested, try accessing a simple text or html file to see if there is no issue with website/code. This can isolate issue to environment only.
