If you are using any linked servers, that can happen if you haven't configured that server as a service protocol name (SPN). What I would recommend is create an AD group that you will place your users into and then give them access through the IIS and in
the Windows Explorer group. You may not need to use the NT User configured for the App Pool Identity unless that specific user is accessing a SQL Server with AD credentials for example. I would recommend putting that back to the default and then the impersonate
will do a pass-through as the user that is accessing the site. Let me know how that works for you.
