I think you should know the timeout gets or sets a value that specifies the amount of time after which a synchronous send call times out, the value is in
milliseconds, The default value is 100,000 (100 seconds). So you’d better set a larger value to it. If the issue still exists, you could have a try to turn off the firewall if it is turn on.
If the issue still couldn’t be resolved, could you provide a clearer screenshot of the error message? The image above is not clear enough to show the error message.
