Community Starter Kit (RETIRED)

I trying to help someone get this going (I know, I shouldn't, oh well). Task at hand is installing the community starter kit in the root folder. We are using an ISP. Had fun moving the database structure over because we can't connect to the ISP's MS SQL server through the Enterprise Manager and it doesn't show DTS functionality. I wound up cutting up the install script in sections and executing it. It got the structure of the database right, but no data. I executed the stored procedure Community_MaintenanceResetAll 1, 'myadmin', 'mypassword' . I FTP'd all the files to the root. I keep getting that there are no communities configured. I tried to configure a community through the ISPAdmin, which seems to work, but it still doesn't show. When calling mysite/admin/ I get an error stating that users_login.aspx can't be found. This suggests to me that the http module for intercepting the requests isn't working correctly. I don't see any errors however. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Do I need to get more data in the database? I noticed in the setup scripts that they seem to give rights to machinename\ASP.NET for login. However, I don't see that user being created on my local SQL Server, so I assume it's not needed. If it is required, I might have to ask the ISP to work with me, since machinename\ASP.NET might be used amongst multiple users, and I wouldn't want someone elses ASP.NET application to have rights to my database. Does anyone know if this could be part of the problems?
