So, to summarize, several experienced developers have come to the conclusion that VS2008 just isn't a RAD anymore, and several people, including myself, now claim VS2008 to be close to useless. And still, despite this discussion being on the official ASP.NET
forum, no one from Microsoft really seem to care to respond to this, or even better, trying to solve the problem. Should we then make the assumption that Microsoft doesn't care about Visual Studio and ASP.NET anymore, and that we will have to move on to get
a development environment ready for 2010, instead of taking us back to 1990s when manual HTML editing was the cool thing to do?
I have always had the opinion that the HTML designer in Visual Studio was.....welll....lets say there was room for improvements....but I never thought that it would get worse...
