mail.Headers.Add("Content-Type", "content=text/html; charset=\"UTF-8\"");
Reason: the HTML content could be viewed correctly when it is dumped into a file thanks to the
<META http-equiv='Content-Type' content='text/html; charset=utf-8' /> tag. But
the MailMessage class removes this META tag from the mail body. It has to be set via the MailMessage.Headers property. Please note that UTF-8 is enough to display Unicode>
