If you try and use the DTS wizard I talked about above, you won't even need to do anything like that. Just create an empty database (with no table or anything) on your server (actualy, most hosts create it when you sign in, which is usualy the problem, as
you're limited to that database alone), and the DTS Wizard will allow you to export your -tables-, including their content, to that database.
That is a lot more flexible, as it will work even if your host use SQL 2000 and stuff. Hell, it will even work with SQL Server 7
