Ok,
here goes:
VISUAL WEB DELEOPER IS NOT UTTERLY USELESS
I'll start a new thread to answer my questions about HOSTS.... and how uttely useless hosts are!
just jokinging!
but ive understoof from this thread.... the problem is NOT visual Web Developer.... sorry...
the problem is with the Host Permissions
I'll start a new thread about that.
we do need to make these things clearer for the newbie to ASP.NET...
im still at it for 7 weeks without clear instructions or...perhaps luck.
i just want a little web site for our customers to upload pics and texts... all about renewable energies....
see www.arcvillage.co.uk
so im trying to create a villagers upload area on www.arcvillage.com
works fine on my local machine....
so.... does 'attach' mean that its trying to join the new database to the MASTER.... cos there doesnt look like there are permissions to change the MASTER
is that right?
