When I attempt to create customer sites (after the first customer) MPS generates this error:
Error: Failed resolving source node in before node with @source='procedureData', @sourcePath='users/user/path', @destination='executeData' and @destinationPath='newMember'

I had this problem to, it was caused when i logged into MPSSampleWeb and selected reseller #A.
But when i was entering user name & upn it was for a user who was not in the reseller #A OU, or any customers OU below that.
In fact he was associated with reseller #B.
Hope that helps

I deployed as test server TCOLLAB01 and TSQLBE01. TMPS01 exists also in the hosted environment as Provisioning server. I followed all steps successfully which are defined from DSH.1 to DSH.24.
In the next step I begun with RSH.1 to run Windows SharePoint Services hosting. But RSH.2 (Create a Customer SharePoint Site) was not successfull. My request is:
<execute namespace="Managed Sharepoint Hosting" procedure="CreateCustomerSite" impersonate="1">
<title>Customer SharePoint Site</title>
<description>Testing create site for managed share point</description>
<siteName>Teams SharePoint Site</siteName>
The error message is:
<response><errorContext description="Failed resolving source node in before node with
@source='procedureData', @sourcePath='users/user/path', @destination='executeData' and @destinationPath='newMember'" code="0xc2201418" executeSeqNo="0">
<errorSource namespace="Managed Active Directory" procedure="GroupAdd"/>
<errorSource namespace="Managed Sharepoint Hosting" procedure="CreateCustomerSite"/></errorContext></response>
