I have a Solution with 5 Project inside, DataLayer, BusinessLayer, ModelLayer, Services and Web.
The Web Project is ASP.NET MVC (it's not Core).
My question and problem is, how can implement/add PWA to my Web Project?I've saw a tutorial for ASP.NET MVC Core but i couldn't find a solution for a non-core project.
Is it even possible?

Implementing the functionality by adding the serviceworker and
manifest to a ASP.NET MVC application.
Since the view (HTML) gets rendered in the backend, it's only possible to cache an static version of your web application.
So preferable you should use angular etc to generate your HTML.
In addition to the link given by reference @DA924, you can also you could also refer to this:

PWA is a browser side technology (and so not directly related to which server side technology you are using). What you saw should apply as well ? The problem is rather with adapting ASP.NET Core stuff to MVC 5 ?
If you need further help tell us may be which tutorial you follow and tell us on which point you have a problem. Or you could try something that is more server agnostic such as maybe https://developers.google.com/web/progressive-web-apps/ ?
