Through asp.net web page i can download the file from the different file server and upload the file to the server.
Now my requirement is , through a hyperlink in a grid view, i want to open ,edit and save the file which is in different file server without
downloading file in local.
File should directly open from the file manager and save it directly in the server.
Is there any possibilities available ? If not , any third party dll is available .
Could you suggest any solution to this requirement?

Hi Mohammed Tajudeen ，
Usually , the browser decides how to handle the file based on the mimeType . For example , to indicate to the browser that the file should be viewed in the browser:
Content-Disposition: inline; filename="filename.pdf"

use the "iTextSharp.dll" as a PDF generator library.
