I am having windows service which is to be scheduled at specific times daily like 8AM,4PM,6PM,10PM. Can any one help me on this.

You will need to create a trigger for each time you want it to run.

A Windows services are always running do you mean scheduled a task? Or do you mean create a
timer in your Windows service?
