Publish the site to a folder on your local machine (right click the web project in Solution Explorer and Publish...one of the publish options will be a file publish). FTP the contents of that folder to the root of your web space. Obviously databases etc
will need to be handled separately if you're using them.

<%@ page title="Welcome" language="C#" masterpagefile="~/MasterPages/check.master" autoeventwireup="true" inherits="MasterPages_Default, App_Web_ezz4amdz" %>

If that is what it is showing then it doesn't look like the .net code is being interpreted, it looks like it is serving up plain files. It might be you need to upload your files to a particular folder rather than the root of the FTP site...sometimes there
is a subfolder in your FTP area that contains the site itself. Beyond that, try contacting the support for your webhost.

To deploy a website to the FTP, you could use FTP of publish method to publish it.
# How do I deploy a Visual Studio 2012 Web Application Project to a WinHost Server using FTP?

Pleas follow this steps to publish your web application:
1. Open your project via Visual Studio tool
2. On the Solution Explorer window, right click your project and select "Publish Website"
3. Please publish your website to your local folder, such as C:\Project
4. You will see all the files and subfolders on C:\Project, however, you will not see any code-behind files
5. Please upload whatever you see on C:\Project to the server via FTP
Also, please kindly add a customError tag on your web.config so that you can view the error message directly (if in case there is an error). This can be something like:
<customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="GenericErrorPage.htm">
<error statusCode="403" redirect="NoAccess.htm" />
<error statusCode="404" redirect="FileNotFound.htm" />
Hope this help
