You won't get it from the web, I'm afraid. You have to have Microsoft Excel installed on the machine that you are running your app on..

I have MS-Office 2003 in my system. I found that one in C:\WINDOWS\assembly\Microsoft.Office.Tools.Excel
But when i try to give this one as a reference in my application it doesn't take. Because it was not a dll file. And in MSDN site for this assembly they suggested to down load vstor.exe(Visual studio 2005 Tools for office second edition Runtime) I downloaded
and installed that. But i found only Microsoft.Offie. Tools. Excel xml file but not dll. So if you know any links to download Microsoft.Office.Tools.Excel.dll please tell me.

I already added Office 11.0 library to my Solution explorer as a reference. I am using namespace Microsoft.Office.Tools.Excel in my application so it shows error "The type or namespace name 'Tools' does not exist in the namespace 'Microsoft.Office' (are
you missing an assembly reference?). In MSDN Official site they said Microsoft.Office.Tools.Excel.dll i have to add for this. But i am net getting proper link to download this assembly. If you know please tell me.
