1. A scrollable menu system that includes 10 main menu options and approximately 25 sub menu options (Top and bottom menu)
2. Each menu will communicate with our content server via HTTP protocol in a form of RSS format and render as widget style
3. Each action, when selected, will result in the playing of streaming content (audio and video) from our server and a screen transition before returning to the previous menu.

From your description, it seems that you want to load the RSS Feed in your ASP.NET mobile web form application, right?
For your first question, you can try the existing mobile server controls, such as List or ObjectList.
And for your second question, what you should do is to use HttpWebRequest method in your code-behind, to load the xml file (RSS Feed). And use XMLDocument object to parse the feed. For example, you can filter the title node, the description node, postdate
node, and author node. And then, render these values onto your form. (Or you can retrieve these values in a dataset, and bind it to the mobile presentation control).
For your third question, you want to play the audio or video contents in your mobile web form. Well, it’s not that easy as you imaged, you have to care about the devices, since some devices may embedded with a multi-media player but others not. And as far
as I know, I can’t find such APIs which can communicate with the internal multi-media player in asp.net mobile form projects.
