I saw on a web site http://aspfree.com/ when a user signed up they could set the user's time zone offset from a Drop Down List. Has anyone done anything similar or have some code that does something similar. We are having
some time zone issues with our site and this would be tremendously helpful. I did some mining on the net and can't find anything similar.
suggested better way, tutorials, articles, anything will be appreciated.

Forgive me if i follow you wrong. i'm wondering why don't you just use a common Drop down List and fill in the List Items with time zone items,
information. See the origion post:
Hope my suggestion helps :)

I can't feel how st00000pid I feel after reading your answer (which was almost 5 years ago now).
I'm searching for a list I can use, then convert the results to a list of... TimeZoneInfo objects. Derp-a, derp-a, derp-a Doh! Doh!
var myListOfTimeZones = TimeZoneInfo.GetSystemTimeZones();
I put that in just in case anyone dumber than I am happens along and finds this.
