Hi all,

I've got a hosted WSS 3.0 site (using MPS) and a user that's reporting that when he tries "to run a workflow manually" he gets the following error:

Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: '<Xoml.a5ccab7c_7a0c_461f_b9fc_60d2fa87d722.32.2560.33.2560.dll><Cfg.a5ccab7c_7a0c_461f_b9fc_60d2fa87d722.34.2560.>'  Key being added: '<Xoml.a5ccab7c_7a0c_461f_b9fc_60d2fa87d722.32.2560.33.2560.dll><Cfg.a5ccab7c_7a0c_461f_b9fc_60d2fa87d722.34.2560.>'

Troubleshoot issues with Windows SharePoint Services.<javascript:HelpWindowKey('troubleshooting')>

 Any idea what to do with one of these errors?  I confess I'm not extremely skilled at SharePoint.
