Implement URLRewrite in a aspx application/Webite (C# code)

To make the website SEO Friendly we need to implement URLRewrite in our code.

About The website: This is a new website, written in .NET/.aspx (c#) running on a on a Shared Hosting Platform (where DLL,etc cannot be installed). In the website we are not using any global.asax pages , But have a web.config File by default. For the database part The website uses SQL. Task Details :(a) The present Urls are in the form ofhttp://domain.com/page.aspx?fileid=a2169fed-eaad-46ff-b57d-beccf37ba6ceWhere the fileID value is fetched from the database and continues changing as per the requested file. We should be able to Rewrite it to look as http://domain.com/fileid/a2169fed-eaad-46ff-b57d-beccf37ba6ce/orhttp://domain.com/page/a2169fed-eaad-46ff-b57d-beccf37ba6ce.aspx or any other format that should be Searchable, (i.e Should end with a / or .aspx extension.with the file ID as a part of the URL) Another Two similar page exists , we should also write rules for the belowhttp://domain.com/grouphome.aspx?group=3c02757d-22fa-4a39-afcd-3569ffcaf624http://domain.com/UserFiles.aspx?username=name

could any body can help me out from this issue
