i have several web forms in an application for the text boxes i need to place a  calender user control  ,

i don't want a popup calender   and  i  don't want to use ajax

it should contain a dropdown year so that i can go to particular year

Looks as though you'll have to create your own then. Look into creating Custom Controls.
