In the UK we have several languages as we're made up of several countries. I live in one of these countries called Wales and we have our own language but use the same formating of time and of course currency.

In my role I have to make bilingual websites in both Welsh and English and currently use 2 resource files; one for English and another for Welsh where I set the UICulture / Culture ID to the MN or Mongolion template as I doubt I wil ever have to use it.

Is there a way that I can inherit the en-gb template, create my own such a cy-gb and then change to this UICulture?
