I am thankful to MS and Scott Mitchell for giving us excellent different types of Data Tutorials. Scott Mitchell has covered almost all topics under sky related to Data.

But... The scenerio has changed now. LINQ has appearead as a Great Solution for DATA FETCHING in a perfect way, which was missing all these years.

LINQ approach is totally different for (1) DAL (2) ORM with the support of LINQDATASOURCE Controls and SQL METAL DESIGNER

I am wondering what will happen to this currently available tutorials. ..And few questions are still looping in my mind.

    (1) Will there be New Tutorials from Scratch based on LINQ way.
    (2) Will this current tutorials will still be used by developers not willing to go LINQ way
    (3) Will many developers go with SubSonic as an easy solution ( MVC Model )
    (4) Will developers prefer to go with New Data Controls shaping up as AspNet Futures, with Dynamic language Support ( IronRuby, IronPython, VBx Etc..., )

I find it very confusing to understand which Data Fetching technology is best for what.

I believe, many would be puzzled too.

    Cheers!
