Chatting from web application ......

hi.... in my company admin and manager are not located in same place one is in dubai.,... so they want the chatting option through the web application how can i prepare the chatting option in web application..and they can cht thrpugh their Userid ..... it should be similar to gtalk integrated in gmail...
