Creating UpdatePanel Control dynamically

In my ASP.net application controls are getting loaded on page dynamically. So in order to use Ajax in my application i have to create UpdatePanel control dynamically & have to add my custome controls to that UpdatePanel runtime. Assign triggers to that update panel.
