    Download the "ASP.NET Server Controls for Silverlight Samples" from http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/aspnetprojects/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=2957 Unzip the file, add a tab in the toolbox, and then browse the "System.Web.Silverlight.dll".
