Error in Creating New User using CreateUserWizard Control

HI am using CreateUserControl in my application. After deploying application. Am getting this error when i create new user. Failed to generate a user instance of SQL Server due to a failure in starting the process for the user instance. The connection will be closed Any Hint? Am having IIS 5.1
