That article is great, but it doesn’t mention a way to cache master pages. (I think) I want to OutputCache my Master Page as you would a WebUserControl that does not change from page to page. There are a couple labels in the footer that get dynamically set once, on application startup, then never need...

To answer your first question, look on Default.aspx for: < uc5 : Paragraph ID ="Paragraph1" runat ="server" ContentName ="DefaultMiddle"/> If you've copied that to another page, change "DefaultMiddle" to "MyPageMiddle" or something different...
