  • can not connect to localhost

    Hi, I am working on a project this morning and everything was working just fine. Then all of a sudden, when I tried to test the website I couldn't connect to localhost, for instance: "http://localhost:5043/GW1/home2.aspx". The funny thing is, Firefox doesn't work too, but Opera works...

    I found the answer here: http://codepoetry.wordpress.com/2007/03/27/firefox-very-slow-on-localhost-connections-on-vista/ In Firefox, goto about:config, filter by " network.dns.disableIPv6 " and double-click to set to true.
