  • Statement: “window.scroll(..)” doesn’t work consistently

    Normal 0 In order to scroll past the banner ad when loading my web page, I placed the following statement: “ window.scroll(0,125)” in the first script block in my Default.aspx file. In IE8, the scroll works, but Firefox ignores it. Can anyone advise me? Thank you.

    The problem with the example given here is that it kills the enter key for the entire form and you don't actually get the new line.
