    From what I have seen, it may be totally unrelated to Cassini. I had the same issue, and it turned out that I had some typos and IE was sloppy enough to miss them, and FireFox and Opera were noticing them and getting upset. In the end, FireFox and Opera were the ones that actually gave the correct response...
