ASP - SQL Web Project MIGRATION from Local to Server

Hi, I have developed a web site using Visual Studio 2008 and SQL Server. I have this web site running perfectly fine on my local system. NOW I would like to migrate this project on the server. Could you please guide me on what step by step actions I need to take to migrate the Database and the web site...

Host doesn't offer email

My web host doesn't offer an email with my plan. I have a gmail pop account. Can someone point me in the right direction where I can use my gmail with my host? Im using ASP.NET with 3.5 framework, VB.
