    Hi Michael Jin, Thank you again for help. I found the error in my connection string. It was Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.12.0;Data Source but it should be Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;Data Source . Now my application work fine. there is no problem while reading the file of .xlsx.
