How to fix invalid IUSR_machinename password in IIS?

Hello I was testing out the various authentication methods of ASP.NET and afterwards wasn't able to reset IIS back to its original default setting. Now when I try to create a blank ASP.NET web site in either Visual Studio 2005 or 2008 using a location of HTTP, Internet Explorer gives me an HTTP 403...
