  • Page loading is slow even if using an UpdatePanel

I have a page which uses a MasterPage hosting the ScriptManager ( EnablePartialRendering="True" ). The page itself has a data grid control inside of an UpdatePanel. • AJAX is hosing my CSS

I have a page that uses CSS based menus and CSS tables. Everything looks good until I enable AJAX. Then the page renders perfectly on first load, but falls apart on all UI events. The most common problem is that the CSS menus refuse to hide, and the grid gains extra spacing (about 1 or 2 pixels) between...

Can anyone help? I think I have given enough information above, but let me know if you want anymore... Also, out of courtesy, I would appreciate it if people did not not hijack other people's posts - if you have a question, start your own thread. Also, don't mark a post as the answer if you were...

I my ScriptManager, I also have the attribute LoadScriptsBeforeUI=false . But it still doesn't explain...
