Disable dropdown

Is there a way i can disable a dropdown by default . I have two dropdowns ddltoyr. and ddlfromyr. I want to diable ddltoyr. by default and when user pick a year from ddlfromyear than only To year dropdown shold show values and values should be more than from year. I using C# and VS. Pl. help

Open server file on local machine

Hi I am trying to run an excel file from the C:\Temp folder on my test webserver. Running the following command: System.Diagnostics.Process.Start("C:\\Temp\\report2.xls") When I run the code on my local machine everything works ok but when it is on the server excel does not open up on my machine...
