Linking dwt to masterpages

How would i link a dwt to a masterpage so if i amend the dwt the masterpage will update automatically aswel. The reason for this is so i can make amends to the dwt and see the layout whereas with a masterpage you cant. (btw im using dreamweaver for dwt and VS for masterpages) many thanks

SiteMapProvider with no menu/treeview wont change at runtime

Hi, I am creating a menu on a page, but its too complicated to use with the Menu control. So during runtime I loop through a sitemap and building up a HTML string which I then output to screen.
