  • Current password validation when "change password at next logon" is checked

    I am writing a C# code that was validating a user's password with directoryentry(path, username, password), but I noticed that when the "change password at next logon" is checked in AD, directoryentry(path, username, password) does not work whether you enter in the correct current password...

    Try changing this line search.Filter = "(sAMAccountName=gansa04)"; That is how I set my search filter and it works.. Dave Doeppel
