Page will not render

Hello, I have had my website up and running previously, but I recently had to rebuild my win2K server and now my website will not render the page as before. I loaded windows and IIS then installed the .net platform, 1.1 and 2.0 I was then getting the same problem as the post that referred to Ajax controls...

Anyway to re-install .net framework on a botched install that wont un-install?
